Waffle Cone Protein Shake

Everyone loves waffles right?

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• Handful of frozen cauliflower
• 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
• 300ml coconut drinking milk
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and whizz together until smooth. Serve and drink up!
