Tommy’s Smoothie Bowl

Wake up to sunshine and smoothie bowls


• 1 frozen banana, sliced
• 1 banana, sliced
• 7 strawberries, thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 1/2 pineapple, cut into chunks
• 50g granola
• 200ml almond milk
• 4 tbsp greek yoghurt
• 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)


1. Add the frozen banana, 4 strawberries, the pineapple chunks, almond milk, greek yoghurt, protein powder and peanut butter into a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Divide the smoothie mixture between 2 bowls. Top with the granola, remaining chopped banana and strawberries and the chia seeds. Serve.

PREP & COOK TIME: 10 minutes
