The Health Bowl

Having veg, fruit and nuts all for breakfast

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 banana, frozen and chopped
• 1 tsp maca powder
• Handful of spinach
• 1/2 avocado
• 300ml Greek yoghurt
• 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
• 2 strawberries, sliced
• Handful of mixed nuts
• 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
• 1 tbsp chia seeds

DIRECTIONS:

1. Blend the spinach, avocado, frozen banana, maca powder and Greek yoghurt together until smooth.
2. Pour into a bowl and top with the strawberries, kiwi, nuts, coconut and chia seeds.
