Starberry Smoothie Bowl

A quick simple brekkie bowl with all the colour and nutrients

INGREDIENTS:

• 200ml Greek yoghurt
• 1 banana, frozen and chopped
• Handful of frozen strawberries
• Handful of frozen blueberries
• 1 scoop strawberry protein powder
• 1 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp granola
• 2 strawberries, sliced
• 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
• 1 tbsp strawberry jam

DIRECTIONS:

1. Blend the yoghurt, protein powder, frozen banana, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries and honey together.
2. Pour into a bowl and top with the strawberry slices into a ‘star’ shape, as well as the granola, desiccated coconut and strawberry jam.
