Spinach, Banana and Almond Milk Smoothie

Mama said eat your greens. We say drink em!

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 handful of baby spinach
• 1 banana, chopped
• 400ml almond milk
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 heaped tbsp. of protein powder (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Prep all the ingredients and throw into a blender.
  2. Blend together until smooth. Drink up!
