LIGHTLY SPICED WEDGES

The perfect side dish

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 baking potatoes
• 1 tsp mixed herbs
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt

DIRECTIONS:

1. Pre-heat the oven 220C/425F/Gas mark 7.
2. Cut the potatoes into medium sized wedges.
3. Put the potatoes onto a baking trip and sprinkle over the mixed herbs, paprika and some salt.
4. Heath in the oven for 35 minutes.
5. Serve
