Iced Lemon Tea

Cool down for the summer with this refreshing beverage

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 lemons
• 3 black tea bags
• 2 glasses of ice
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 600ml water

DIRECTIONS:

1. Boil 600ml water and then pour into a jug. Add the black tea bags and allow to steep/soak for 5-10 minutes.
2. Whilst the tea is steeping, juice the lemons.
3. Add the sugar and lemon juice to the jug of tea and stir.
4. Pour the tea into the glasses of ice.
5. Serve
