Hot Ginger & Honey

If you aren't a fan of basic water, try this alternative

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 knob ginger, peeled and sliced
• 1/2 tsp honey
• 1 cup water

DIRECTIONS:

1. Boil the water in the kettle and pour into a mug or glass. Add the ginger and honey and leave for 10 minutes.

SERVES: 1
