Ginger and Beetroot Slushie

You'll be sippin' on this healthy slushie

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 beetroot
• 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
• 2cm ginger, peeled and finely chopped
• 1 red apple, core removed and diced
• 1 celery stick, chopped
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 60ml water

DIRECTIONS:

1. Add all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth
2. Place into the freezer for around 40 minutes, until it starts to crystallize. Serve
