INGREDIENTS:
• 1 tsp instant coffee
• Knob of ginger, peeled and sliced into chunks
• 1 tsp maca powder
• 1 tsp coconut sugar (optional)
• 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
• Almond milk (to taste)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add the ginger slices into your kettle and fill with water. Boil the kettle so the ginger is infused in the water.
2. Put the instant coffee, maca powder, cinnamon and coconut sugar into your mug.
3. When the water has boiled, pour this into your mug and mix with a spoon.
4. Add the almond milk according to how you like your coffee.
5. Drink!
