INGREDIENTS:
• 110g desiccated coconut
• 4 tbsp honey
• 4 tbsp coconut oil
• 80g 70% dark chocolate
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine the desiccated coconut, honey and 3 tbsp of coconut oil into a bowl until mixed well.
2. Line a tray with baking paper, and squash the coconut mixture until compressed. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes
3. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in a bowl in the microwave or over a boiling pan of water. Once melted, mix with the remaining tbsp of coconut oil.
4. Take the coconut mix out of the freezer and cut into pieces. Drizzle over the chocolate and place back in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
