• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 30g chia seeds
• 400ml almond milk
• 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
• 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1. Mix the honey, cocoa powder, chia seeds and almond milk together in a bowl. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour
2. Place some slices of kiwi inside the serving glasses or bowls, leaving 1 or 2 slices to add on the top.
3. Spoon the chia mix into the bowl, before topping with a tbsp of yoghurt and the remaining kiwi slices.
