Choco nutty banana shake

A great post workout shake for your chocolate fix

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 banana, sliced
• 1 tsp cocoa powder
• 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
• 200ml almond milk
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 2 tbsp oats

DIRECTIONS:

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth and combined. Serve.

SERVES: 1
PREP & COOK TIME: 5 minutes

SUPERFOOD: Oats are a good source of fiber to aid digestion.
