• 3 carrots, peeled and tops removed
• 3 slices of root ginger, peeled
• 3 oranges, halved
• 1/2 lime
1. Throw the carrots and ginger into a food processor and whizz together.
2. In a blender, mix the carrot/ginger and the juices of the oranges and lime together.
