Bluebeet Smoothie

Mint? Coconut? Bright Colour? It's basically a mocktail.

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 beetroot, diced
• Handful of blueberries
• 300ml coconut water
• 7 mint leaves, chopped

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and serve
