INGREDIENTS:
• 300g beef steak, sliced into thin strips
• 200g button mushrooms, halved
• 200ml sour cream
• 200ml water
• 2 beef stock cubes
• 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 2 tbsp plain flour
• Pinch of salt and pepper
• Handful of chopped parsley
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Steamed rice, to serve
DIRECTIONS:
1. Season the plain flour with the paprika, salt and pepper, and cover the beef steaks
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic for a minute, before adding the beef. Cook for 2 minutes
3. Add the diced onion and cook for a further 2-3 minutes, until the beef has turned brown.
4. Add the button mushrooms and fry for a further 2 minutes
4. Mix the beef stock cubes with the water and then add to the pan.
5. Slowly pour in the sour cream and mix together, until you have a creamy sauce
6. Cook for a further 3-4 minutes and turn off the heat. Sprinkle over the parsley and some paprika. Serve
