Almond Protein Shake

Cauliflower in a smoothie? Oh yes

INGREDIENTS:

• Handful of frozen cauliflower
• 1 tbsp almond butter
• 300ml coconut drinking milk
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• Pinch of salt
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and whizz into smooth. Drink up!
